County Order #4: Missle defense and Radiation detectors.

All missile defense system on land held by Monty Crisco shall be placed under the immediate control of the Militia of Monty Crisco. Any who resist shall be forcibly removed. In those areas lacking defense systems, new ones shall be constructed.

Due to past experiences, new field units equipped with radiation detection gear shall be placed into the field for the detection of any nuclear devices remaining in the county. All persons shall cooperate. Failure to cooperate shall result in imprisonment. Any with knowledge that can help with this process will be rewarded.
