County Order #2: Manditory Service.

All denizens of Monty Crisco are shall serve a 30 year indenture to the County which shall commence at age 16. For all able bodied adults this will most likely be taken out as military or civil service, but may also be fulfilled through service to the Industrial or Agricultural services provided to the state. All indentured citizens of the state will have their basic needs provided by the state, as well as a basic weekly stipend to be administered based on services assigned.

THE WORKER'S AND PEASANTS DEMAND, that all comrades of Monty Crisco shall serve lifelong glorious service to the State which shall commence at age 16. For all able bodied comrades this should be gloriously and selflessly as military or civil service, but may also be fulfilled through service to the Industrial or Agricultural services provided to the State.
