1.)Declare Benacian Anglish to be the official language,along with the secondary language of Lakhesian.
2.)Benacian Anglish shall be used for all school textbooks,magazines,and other items of public interest.
3.)From this day foward all Countal Decrees shall have an english version and a Benacian Anglish version.
