County Militia Plan

This is more of an extension of Kingsbury's article about county militias.How do I go about making a militia for my county?

Depends on whether you want to have a "fantasy" (well all is, but...) militia or one that you can use under the SCIRA system. If the first, you can say that the militia is whatever. If the second, you need to buy the units from me, if they are to be modern and landbased. If not, you buy from the MiniTrade.
