Easier Erb!!!

Okay, here are a list of services I need. If you complete one and submit it to me and I use it I will pay you between 150-200 erb a piece:

1.) I need an official Countial uniform. Something I can wear to formal event's. Just make a drawing of the clothes. Try to make it a sea-colored blue. I'd also like it to have a sword and a small coronet.

2.) The Benacia County Militia also needs a uniform. I'd like for them to be a mix of sea-colored blue, maroon, and black. They need to include a cutlass and an old, pirate-themed pistol.

3.) Last, but not least, I need someone to create a Coat of Arms for Benacia. It'd be nice if you made a normal sized version and an avatar version. I'd be willing to pay up to 250 for this one.
