If I win (and win I shall, my dear misguided painting), you will swear to support any military conflict the County of Norfolk engages in from now until eternity (which is usually no more than a month in Micras).

Errr...Ok, but I wish to change my terms...you'll publicly condemn Kuralyov, as well as support any legislation I put throught the Chamber. Acceptable?
If so, a civil recwar it will be, conducted of course in SNARL.

not any legislation. that's far too totalitarian. mabye, a set number of markers you can call in? you pick a number. a REASONABLE number.

I read the SNARL Charter (MK 2....I hope that's recent) and it seems reasonable. Let's go with that.

Now, we need to decide if we're going to have medieval soldiers/equipment or modern ones.

Why? Did you decree him to ban him from the Duchy of Antica? If you banned him from the entire forums, I believe that is not legal for you to do so.

The Minister of Information shall be given admin over the Shireroth board, to be used for the purposes of synchronicity and security.

a. It is the duty of the Minister of Information to maintain the cosmetic appearance of the forum.
b. It is the duty of the Minister of Information to align any relevant parts of the forum to their respective sections of the Shireroth website.
c. It is the duty of the Minister of Information to take on any emergency administrative duties for security.

Kuralyov isn't doing anything to warrant a security emergancy. Being annoying isn't something to warrent an emergancy priviledge, which is meant to protect the boards, from, say, spam attacks.

In my capacity as a Noble, I banned him from my Duchy. Since our lands are fictional and fora are real, I see forum banning an appropriate action. The effect is the same, because if I declared him banned and he posted that wouldn't be much of a ban, now would it?

Either way, decree would be nice, but I don't see one - I'm probably blind.
