Cities of Illumination
Port Illumination (Póú' Illpnina'ión): The Capital and by far largest city of Illumination, it lays claim to the Tower of Visions, the capital building and residence of Count Ozarka Mons. With a growing population of 100,000 (25,000 envisioned), Illumination continues to be the economic, political, and cultural center of the Halluci (Envisionist)
Elesmarí (Alla'naêi): The current home of the majority of the Elves and Half-Elves of Halluci, this reclusive, hard to find, forest home is locally known as the 'Phoenix Forest'. It is cuElven settlements in Halluci. With a population of an astonishing 500 (large considering the Elves) it is a growing area, though the smallest of the Elven settlements. Elesmarí is guarded by the Earthbender Dragonflight.
Dragonskeep (Dêagón'kap): The home of the Five Elders of the Five Flights, this is the military command center of the entire Home Defense Network of Illumination. The majority of the Dragons here are Peacekeepers and Flamemakers, the two halves of the whole that is the art of war and diplomacy.
Azshara (Aí'gaêa): The largest settlement of the Elves in Illumination, with a growing population of 1,500, this forest oasis is heavily guarded by not only the top of Ozarka's personal guards and the cream of the army, but by atleast 20 dragons each of all flights save the Peacekeepers. Around 200 humans live in harmony with an additional 300 envisioned beings.
