Halluci and other Kildari police and security troops began taking positions along the border of Illumination yesterday. Dragon and Elfnishi patrols accompanied these lightly armed gendarmes, offering re-assurance to the local population.

"These are our brothers of Hallucination. May death spare the Kaiser and the Dutch!", was the message repeated on all broadcast media and repeated on every street corner as the peace officers passed.

Dragon-Banners and Shirithain flags, rarely seen in recent weeks, seemed to sprout as if by magic from public and private buildings alike by the thousand.

The police reached Port Illumination, by chartered aircraft, and had been greeted by Dragons which flew advanced units to Azshara, Elesmari and Dragonskeep.
