I have been receiving reports of late of odd 'time distortions' localized in the Illumination area that seem to have unexplainable origins (though the phrase 'Time wars' keeps coming up). Should anyone be able to further inform me on this phenomenon I ask that you please do so in the best interest of our gracious Baron, Leo Dine.
