I think the aim is to become the authority and then approve the application.

I find it fascinating how many old-time micronationalists are finding their way home at last to Shireroth. As was stated by an alien race in another reality, "Resistance is futile." It seems that eventually we'll get all of you. Mwahahahaha!!

They said I was crazy... there wasn't any hope yet (they said)... but after my two-days reign as (crazy) kaiser our present Kaiser came back to Shireroth... and rescued us!
