Take care. If mental.. Lots of sleep, sun and broads.. If medical, lots of water, vitamins and broads.

Not having a "broad" is part of the problem.

Getting plenty of sun, despite it being like 35C here. Sleep I get too much of as it is.

Well.. then you need more..... warmth, less sleep and more fried chicken.
