Renunciation of allegiances

I, Scott Alexander of Hyperborea, hereby renounce citizenship in the Nelaga Territories and declare myself officially a single citizen of Shireroth.

Reason: Getting into the Oustfest spirit, hadn't done anything in Nelaga for a long time, and with Erik gone this nation will need a bit more from all of us. I also feel like if I'm going to propose major changes to and possibly mess up the country, I ought to at least be able to tell people I am a Shirerithian and only a Shirerithian.
