Immigration
Legal name:
Al'Magroth
Age:
Older, definitely
Contact:
pm
Citizenship:
Gralus (as a related character); Nelaga (as an entirely unrelated character)
--
Background information:
I have great respect for Apollo and would like to see it restored to its former glory.
Preferred duchy of residence:
Kildare.
Other:
This account is controlled by the person who controls the Andreas the Wise account. But this is an entirely separate character, and apart from saying this so there's no worries about undeclared papels, I'd prefer not to derive OOC advantages for this character - that would be cheating.

Re: Immigration
Character are NOT separate legal entities. This application isn't valid. You.. YOU as a person are already a citizen. You need to understand, Shireroth is a government, Not a game.

Re: Immigration
Well, effectively Andreas emigrated. But as I said, its up to you guys how you choose to handle it OOC.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Re: Immigration
The MiniImNat should deny this application is how I would advise we deal with it. As far as the Government is concerned, you've simply changed logins.

Meh. If you choose to treat it like that, treat it like that. The important thing is that I've announced the character in somewhere appropriate that people will notice; and can henceforth act like its nothing to do with me.

Re: Immigration
Wish to register a protest. We all know you as Andreas, we all love you as Andreas, and this is the first step to us becoming like those German nations where everyone calls themselves Otto von Heissenbachstein and then you have to ask five people on MSN before you finally figure out it's one of the Portela brothers.
I will continue calling you "Andreas", and if you don't believe me, ask Harvey how long it took before I stopped calling him "Jason", and whether I still call him "Jarvey" occasionally.

Re: Immigration
And I still call you Mike.
It took me ages to stop calling Harvey, Jason, and that was after he LEGALLY changed his RL name. Isn't that right Jas?

Re: Immigration
And I started calling him Harvey immediately because I think legally changing your name is a far different matter from changing your nick on a micronational forum, and should be honoured immediately.

And that is why I eventually gave in.
Meanwhile, I've since found his facebook page, and all of his RL friends call him Jason

Well, if you gentleman have decided I belong here, than I shall rescind my application. I hope the Dutch is as welcoming. It's nice to see I've made so many friends already.

Already? You've been here for a few years Andreas....
Re: Immigration
Scott used an other account too. He's still using it from time to time, but in his case you play the 'game'.Erik Mortis wrote:Already? You've been here for a few years Andreas....
And welcome, Al'Magroth.
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki
