Re: Immigration
I suggest Brookshire. We have one vacant barony and a lot of counties.

I suggest Goldshire for roughly the same reasons. We're only at two citizens right now and I won't be duke forever.
Re: Immigration
I propose Kildare, because we love history and we love you!

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Re: Immigration
I am leaning towards Goldshire. It seems to have been newly (re) created. It seems as though it is virgin land in need of settling. I shall swear loyalty to Harve Steffke as Duke if in return I am granted my request- the Barony of Ynnraile.

Ynnraile is taken, by Rottsaa. K'Tzuni in Brookshire is, however, vacant.

Very well, I am willing to take K'Tzuni (am I allowed to rename it to make it slightly more intelligible).
I accept your offer and swear allegiance to you as Duke.

Sorry, but no. There is a lot of culture developed in K'Tzuni, the name is ancient, and there is even a language, Laqi. I suggest that you read up on K'Tzuni at ShireWiki. If you want to work with something from scratch, take one of the counties, like Crestfall Downs or Lywind, and do what you like with it. If this is not acceptable to you, that's too bad.

Is Goldshire's other Barony taken or open and is it or is it not developed?

Ynnraile is my territory, sorry. I need it for...
...cookies...yes...that's it...cookies...
However, all the counties within are open save Asantelian.
You may also want to consider Straylight. Ari has yet to get around to making Baronies, but he avoids voting in the Landsraad himself like it's the plague. It may not be rank, but speaking in the Landsraad is always interesting.

Aye, it is indeed an honour to speak in the Landraad. My adoptive brother's ancestors of the Lyon family did so many a time for the great duchy of Elwynn.

Re: Immigration
I don't think this has been (re)confirmed by myself or Harvey...
I don't really have a problem with it, just want this point noted...seeing as the Goldendown has doubly changed hands, with a new Baron and a new Duke...

Re: Immigration
Goldshire's so-called "Anti-People's Republic of Neurak," which is BEGGING for a name change and someone to fix up the damage some lunatics did to its culture, has no baron. I would highly encourage an effort to fully remake the barony into something respectable.AryezturMejorkhor wrote:Is Goldshire's other Barony taken or open and is it or is it not developed?

Re: Immigration
Deal. I'll take Neurak. Why is it an "Anti-People's Republic" though? What exactly happened there? Perhaps we'll just restore the name to Neurak? Otherwise I propose the name "Khorze." I will utilize my experience with cultural creation and preservation to fix it up, so I hope.
I, Aryeztur, Lord of the House of Mejorkhor eagerly awaits setting sail to my new Barony.

Because when I renamed my barony to the People's Socialist Republic of Lakhesis, William who was then baron of Neurak renamed his barony the Anti-People's Republic.

Interesting. The people must be appeased but they must know their place relative to the nobles. The gods have chosen the right time for my arrival in Neurak it seems.
My Duke, I urge you to quickly confirm my position as Baron, so that I may begin work quickly. It also seems you are in need of defensive manpower. The sooner then that I arrive with my noble knights.
