1.Only the individuals contained in Schedule 1 to this directive shall remain citizens. All others will be deprived of citizenship.

2.If an affected individual wishes to appeal this directive, zie shall state zir reasons for appeal to the Ministry, who will make a new decisions. Such decision may go to the Kaiseress for final appeal
