Actually, considering your interests, I would highly recommend Kildare rather than Elwynn. Andreas is at the forefront of magic on Micras.

Um, Richard is on unannounced LOA (he isn't feeling well recently). Should I take over while he's away?

He may want to start his own tradition, and I'll only shoot him if it involves elves, eight-legged freaks or flying sheep... so he is, at least provisionally, more than welcome in Elwynn.

Please ignore the Khan, his pathological violence towards airborne ovines is certainly not representative of Elwynn. I believe we do have one or two counties open in Elwynn, and we'd be glad to have you! As soon as your application is accepted I'll be happy to show you around.

Although, considering the good of all Shireroth, Elwynn has been a bit greedy with citizens lately - I wuld explore Kildare as Corey suggested first. Andreas is a pretty cool guy. Kildare is more magic, Elwynn is more dastardly politics and sheep.

Kildare has plenty of woodlands! Otherwise the Swnndyrrr would never have moved to Lesser Attera :document

LucasMitchell wrote:Well I mainly just like the idea of woodlands and small rural towns (woodlands = elves = magic). That just seemed to be more like Elwynn, but I'll defintely look at Kildare.
Even excluding Lesser Attera as taken, there are several other counties that spring to mind as untaken and woodland/magical/both. Vervollkomung, despite half-hearted attempts by people who didn't stay very long to cut it down, still is largely unexplored woodland with random magical monsters (my fault, sorry) It's only town is still marked as 'Lost Woods' on the map. You could easily do what you want with that ...

Kitanus Fields also has magical beasts and hasn't been properly managed for a while ...

However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

In Yardistan we've got like a whole Barony- Absentia- which is empty, and I believe Northern Absentia is free to be moulded in whatever shape you see fit. It also needs to be renamed. There's more established stuff in the Holy Lands, but the Count positions are still free.
Vilhelm von Benkern - The Dolphin-...Count
:: Formerly just "benkern"
:: Rook Sentry of the Order of the Vorpal Blade
:: Count of Mar Sara IIRC
:: Former Baron of Absentia AFAIK, before that Baron of Vorpmadal TBH; also Former Duke of Yardistan IMHO
:: Dux Emeritus of the Order of Mischievous Intent

It takes moo to mango!

View my signature, please. I've taken Eastern Absentia for myself since my wife has left micronationalism. Sorry for not doing anything with it :p

Yay more people. :yay:

Anyways, where ever you chose to live, Welcome to Shireroth! May your stay be long, prosperous and as far from the Khan as possible.

And Corey, Im sure Rai would have no problem with you doing the ImNat for now.

My good friend. Might you wish to rephrase that? Or should I be worrying about assassins in Echo?

I think you should be more worried about the Master of Cudgels in Eliria. Oh and on that note, it has been your turn for several days now...

Very well. In that case...

Lucas Mitchell, I hereby stamp your citizenship application APPROVED ( :smashy ). Welcome to Shireroth! Feel free to take your time choosing a subdivision. Please read the Guide for the Perplexed at your leisure to help you get settled here (it is a very helpful, if not a bit out of date, resource).

I hope you enjoy your stay! :yay:

We have counties coming out of our noses in Brookshire as well. You know, shire = forests with little strange thingies in. If you're interested, I'll get you a list of free counties. I've traditionally been against magic, but I'm willing to make an exception. :)

Thanks! :angel

P.S. Oh, and I wouldn't mind getting involved in Cedrism (I also have an interest in religion) and I've studied quite a bit bout it in these couple of days. Would anyone know how I could do so?
Not Taken and Largely Undeveloped:
Vervollkomung
Automatica
Schlangen (well, no development last few years ...)
Gong Li (some development)

Not Taken but relatively developed:
Raynor Isles
The Kitanus Fields
Old Hallucination

And for some bizarre reason Demesos and New Jasonia don't even have subforums ...

Re Cedrism - pick a god and just get started, that's what I did. If you want to become a High Priest the prophet Brappa (ie Erik) will need to approve you, as he will any major theology, but apart from than, you can do what you like. :angel

Sorry 'bout that... See I wasn't going to come back as William Strauss ( because I've made too many enemies under that name ), so I figured I could let the SirWilliamStrauss account go inactive and just go under the alias Lucas Mitchell. The only reason I came back as Strauss was because there was some activity in my old Barony (Neurak).I hate people who have two accounts, so I decided to put the Lucas Mitchell alias away.
