Perhaps a thread could be created to list current citizens and their status in the Imperial Republic for reference for contacts, lobbying, etc etc. You could also intergrate this with the wiki by linking names to citizen user pages.

What does MINT think? Would this require legislation?

Nah, it won't require legislation. Only time to waste.

What probably would require legislation is enforcing people to give at least a full pseudoname and IM contacts.

I was trying, some time ago, to get together a group of people to write Wiki articles for those citizens who didn't have one. I was thinking of getting a temporary committe for this..in fact, I was going to have the Director of BISI do it, but I don't have one. If you're interested in being on this semi-official committee, tell me.(Most of the information you were asking for can be found on citizens' profiles.)

I wouldn't mind at all. I presume it will be easier now that the census is finished.

Is it possible to link to username profiles instead? And then perhaps significant citizens in Shireroth's past could have wiki pages?

Alright, this is Official Directive #001, of the MINT:
Nick: be it known that it is our pleasure that you should form a committe of persons, later to be approved by Us, to write wiki articles for citizens who do not have one.
