Erik, I wouldn't rush it too much. I think that after a while, the other Duchies will regain their strength.

Golshire was disbanded with all the duchies under the house reformation, Khorze was disbanded with all the baronies under the same, Lunaris is floating around somewhere. All the posts should be in the archives somewhere.

So the land falls under the physical control of no Duchy but is just there under Imperial control or something?

Btw, Jonas, I indicated my preference for Norfolk.

It's more or less already happened. They just haven't leveraged their power. Kaiser, Arbiter, and Praetor are all of Kildare. They run the government.

I protest. Sorry, I agree that there can be some stability but I'm getting annoyed of this: every time if we do something, get an active duchy on its feet, someone starts nagging about how large it is. Why should we even bother to do anything? This is really a good way to make people stop contributing.
That being said, I will not stop you, and can't stop you. But I find the reason rather... stupid and annoying.
