Opulentia

Troy Thompson's vision of his ideal micronation/association... named Opulentia. He was talking to me about this the other day, but as I often do when talking to Troy, I wasn't really paying much attention. Then I stumbled across this. Whether he's just using the name Opulentia for this and still plans to use it elsewhere I don't know but it's an interesting little nugget. I think Troy is hoping to rise up in power (aren't we all?), but I'm not sure exactly what his intentions are or how far he'll get...Over and out.
