The Landsraad enacts the following:

1) Shireroth's forum activity shall be moved to the forums at bastionunion.org
2) The transition shall occur over the period of one (1) month, beginning on the day this act is passed, at the conclusion of which the forums at shireroth.org shall be considered an archive.
3) Should the Landsraad, the Kaiser, or any other body empowered by the Imperial government to dictate national policy find in favor of returning to the forums at shireroth.org, those forums shall be considered again active and important information contained in the forums at bastionunion.org shall be transferred to shireroth.org.

I move to amend Section 3 to read as follows:

3. Should any body of the Imperial Government wish to dictate national policy in favor of returning to the forums at shireroth.org, they may only do so with the consent of the Landsraad.
