LB: Chapter VII. A. 3. shall be changed as follows:

Subsection 3: Modification of Internal Borders

a. Modifications that do not affect the national borders of Shireroth and is completely within one Duchy, may be decided and communicated to the MCS by the Duke.
* a.i. The Duke may delegate this authority to any subordinate.
b. Modifications that affect two or more Duchies but do not affect the national borders, may be decided on by the Dukes of the involved Duchies and communicated to the MCS

b. Modifications that affect two or more Subdivisions but do not affect the national borders, may be decided on by the governing instruments of the involved subdivision and communicated to the MCS

This just removes mentions of Duchies to allow subdivisions to call themselves whatever they wish.

LB: VII. D - H shall be removed, and all following sections remunerated.
With the death of houses, these sections are pointless.
