This would simply changes wording in LB: XIII G. 2. a.

FROM:

a. When a tax is levied by the Imperial Government, all citizens who hold land in fief must pay 25€ for each county that they hold.

TO

a. When a land taxation is levied by the Imperial Government, each holder of land-in-fief shall pay 25€ for each county that zie holds.

Just making it from a general tax to a specific type of tax, to help prevent confusion when/if we create more types of taxes, which I support.
