Request to the Landsraad on behalf of House Mortis

On behalf of House Mortis, I petition the members of the Landsraad to grant the County of Kralizec (formerly Alexandretta) to our House. We have recently grown greatly in size and through our acquisition of House Tosha-Straylight even attained the status of Major House. Bearing this growth in mind, we ask the Landsraad to grant us this single county for one of our household to develop and protect for the Empire.

I'm still confused as to what official policy currently is regarding the grant of land and the appropriate circumstances thereof; from what I can understand (that you have to actually use the land to merit more) this doesn't appear to merit it. However, I believe it a (very small) step in the right direction to land reform, and so I'll vote AYE.
