Nobles, it's time to chose the flag. There are two choices: the current one or the Explosion flag (which had the most support of the population).

If we're going to do this now, let's do it properly:
Flag Change Resolution of 3834
Resolved that to the end of Chapter VIII, Section B, "National Symbols", be added:
3. National Flag
a. The national flag of Shireroth is a vertical right-slanting tricolor of red, black and blue, with a yellow burst in the center,
like so.
b. The imperial flag of Shireroth, representing the Kaiser and the nation's traditions, is a cross of green and brown intersecting a saltire of red and yellow with a white square in the center upon a blue field,
like so.
