The Nobles of Shireroth in Landsraad assembled authorise the Duke of Elwynn to negotiate a solution with the Government of the Grand Commonwealth and the Government of the Treesian state to Treesia's claim to Lac Glacei and the territories thereto belonging, so that Shireroth can be one unified State without foreign nations and states claiming imperial territory forming an integral part of the Shirerithian sovereignty.As the Nobles of Shireroth authorise the Duke of Elwynn to perform these tasks, the negotiations will only circle around negotiating a treaty on the status of Lac Glacei, and under no circumstances may he ratify or even sign such a Treaty without the consent of either the Kaiser or the Nobles of Shireroth.
