Kildare Resolution 3973

The Landsraad humbly puts before the Kaiser the following request.

That, the title of Margrave held by Andreas the Wise be reduced to a title of Thane.
That, the title of Baron held by the House Kildare at large be elevated to that of Duke, promoting House Kildare to that of a House Major.
That, Jakobus Loki be reaffirmed in his title of Thane.

Should this resolution pass the Praetor shall put it before the Kaiser for consideration.

I seek sort out the titles of Kildare to what makes a bit more sense considering the situation.

I already stripped Andreas' Margrave title as part of the general reworking for Landsraad reform, but I forgot he wasn't a Duke yet. I should decree that - not meaning to move in on your territory, it's just not something that needs a Landsraad vote.
