You shall be voting on behalf of the Dutch of House Kildare with his Margrave votes? You both realize that this means that Andreas cannot speak while you speak in his name?

Can the Praetor please read Decree #30.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

This will have him able to cast two votes of (2) each? I think I've made my views on that known. I suggest someone take this before the Judex, cause I'm disinclined to allow one person to cast two sets of votes in that manner, especially while the noble that those votes belong to is themselves voting on the same things, but with different votes.

May it please to Praetor to learn that, in the interests of avoiding further disputes about the correct handling of multiple titles of nobility, the emissaryship of Jacobus Loki for House Kildare has been withdrawn. As per House Decree #31, his emissaryship will resume on 3982 ASC/1st July 2010, and continue after that point. I trust that the proper procedures will be resolved by that point.

Scott said before that he was going to do that, so don't complain now. And where do you see Andreas having 10 votes? Read the whole order, will you?

The relevant text from the order, prior to the portion on the granting of new titles:
First of all, all current holders of non-hereditary titles (Margrave, Thane, and Jarl) are removed from their positions.
So Andreas is a Duke, but no longer a Margrave.

I never liked this plan Mike. All I did was try to make it not make a complete mess of things. But whatever, it's done.
