Option 1

RESOLVED by the Landsraad that CJ Miller is naturalized a citizen of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Option 2

RESOLVED by the Landsraad that CJ Miller is denied citizenship of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

I move that we use the second option. Mr Miller is a citizen of three countries (Safiria, Antica and Victoria) and should therefore be denied citizenship in accordance with the law.
