RECOGNIZING Imperial Decree 352 as a One Time Event decree as specified in DB I, B, 4, a;

RECOGNIZING the right of the Landsraad to make law contradicting a One Time Event decree as specified in DB I, B, 4, b;

RESTATING the rejection of the Duchy of MASS by this Landsraad;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Duchy of Mirioth, Amity and So-Sara shall immediately revert to being a County under the Barony of the United Isles, Duchy of Yardistan.

If (A one-duchy one-vote system is in effect) Then (Kildare votes AYE).

I thoroughly oppose adding duchies (nothing personal Greg, I oppose adding ANY duchies) if we're sticking to the stupid one duke one vote system. If we go to something economic, that DMASS has less citizens evens itself out and I'm happy for them to be independent.
