Petition: Prosecuting Greg Russell

Dear Arbiter,

One of Yardistan's citizens, Greg Russell, has illegally proclaimed the County of MASS as his, and declares it in actual rebellion. Both are punishable under Shirerithian Law. I would like to arrest him for taking over MASS, and Rebelling the county as well.

As I said, this is not off-topic. I'm closing this thread to members of the Judex, the two parties and their representatives. Anyone not accredited will not only see their post deleted, but will also be found in contempt of court. The parties and their representatives are also to limit themselves to the issue at hand or face the same consequences.
