First of all, the Barony of Hallucination is demoted. It shall be split between two counties: North Halluci and South Halluci. Former Baron Ozarka Monto shall choose over which he shall rule. The other county shall fall to the rule of Dutchess Hypatia Agnesi.Second of all, the Dutchy of Kildare as it is today shall be split into Counties. A border shall be drawn down the middle of former Kitanus, where the Nova Dalmacijan border used to be. The area to the East shall be known as the Kitanus Fields. The area to the West, and above the Lukedu Canal shall be known as North Nova Dalmacija or West Kitanus, at the discretion of its Count. The area South of Lukedu Canal and West of Halluci shall be known as Nova Dalmacija. North Halluci may, at the discretion of its Count, be known as the Halluci Nation. South Halluci may, at the discretion of its Count, be known by its historical name Lesser Attera. The area Southeast of South Halluci shall be known as Schlangen, and may, at the discretion of its count, be also known as its historical name Erior. The area Northeast of North Halluci shall be known as Blackrock Nua. The area between Blackrock Nua and Schlangen on the East of Mt. Temoe shall be known as New Jasonia. The area to the West of Mt. Temoe, between Halluci, Blackrock Nua, New Jasonia, and Schlangen, shall be known as Vervollkommnung. The island South of New Jasonia shall be known as Gong Li. The archipelago in the far East of Kildare shall be known as Norfolk. The area around the archipelago between Gong Li and Norfolk shall be known as Raynor.Third of all, there are two Thanes I shall appoint now. Ozarka Monto shall be Thane of Western Kildare. His influence shall extend over all Kildari lands West of Halluci, including Kitanus, that are not ruled by a Count. Bill Dusch shall be Thane of Eastern Kildare. His influence shall extend over all Kildari lands South and East of New Jasonia that are not ruled by a Count. And for kicks, you two can duke it out for Vervollkommnung : p. Blackrock Nua is mine.Fourth and lastly, all previous Decrees of the Duke, Dutch, or Dant are hereby annulled. Hypatia Agnesi remains Honourary Dutchess as per the Kaiser's Decree. No, this does not revoke items in this Decree, so don't even try to argue that.
