Due to the agreement of Duke Celestis, as well as several former Kaisers (while they were in power), I wish to claim my right to the Thanedom of Kitanus Fields in the area formerly designated Unoccupied Territories. Unless the Duke or the Kaiser says nay, I claim the title of Thane.
