This act would merge all lands not currently designated as part of the Duchy of Kildare to be consolidated into a Duchy of Eastern Benecia. This shall consist of the lands formally known as Goldshire, Brookshire, Yardistan and Shirerothian Elwynn (Not to be confused with the other part that is it's own thing).
The internal organization and title of Duke shall be designated by those individuals who shall solely reside within those lands.

I have some doubts about this: first, I don't like the name 'Eastern Benacia'. Secondly, I'm not sure if it's such a good thing to merge all those territories. Didn't the Kaiser want to have his separated barony, e.g.?
