The ice shelf directly north of Raikoth, extending from the northern coast of the island to the North Pole, is hereby declared the Grrrraghrn Hrrrgnor Memorial Polar Bear Preserve, named in honor of the polar bear who ate a New Britannian soldier during their north pole expedition. A marble statue of Grrrraghrn Hrrrgnor mauling the soldier will be placed at the entrance gate north of Kathlit.
