Administration of the Ysyn

Thanks to the Arminians, we now have a brand new territory. We need a Policy towards it. Does anyone want to take on the responsibility of governing it? Should it be a separate County?We also need to address some more rpgish issues such as whether we want to colonize it with Hyperboreans and try to convince the inhabitants to follow Hyperborean ways or whether we want to leave it more or less alone.Does anyone have any suggestions?
