TODAY- Construction is beginning on Snipyr's Mansion next to the theater. The foundation is smaller then the palace but it is very large none the less.

Indoor outdoor swimming pool. A workout room with all sorts of gym machines. A basketball court. An interior movie theater. Ummm Recording Studio for music for any bands that want to record. A Sprite Machine. *Show my slogan* Ummm Drafting Studio for my designs. The bedroom is going to have a King Size water bed. The Construction is going to be a lot of glass. Please no stone throwing. I can't handle that. A lot of blue neon lights surrounding the edges. A observatory with a flat glass roof that will be retractable. Some other modern modifications... all the fireplaces are remote controlled. The Plasma TV is on the wall and flips around to become a Monet painting on the other side. Secret passages throughout the house. Stuffs like that.
