Dubai tower renamed after Dubai's ruler

I just saw where Dubai's ruler got their new record-breaking skyscraper named after him because his government bailed it out:

Actually no. If you read the article you can see that it is named after the ruler of Abu Dhabi, the emirate that bailed out Dubai.

Yeah, you're right, it was the ruler of the neighboring emirate.
