Great Council of Goldshire

As my first action as Duke- even before making a proclamation- I call together a Council of all Goldshire to discuss basically anything. What course do you want Goldshire to take. How do you want our ways to evolve? How can we get some more people? At this great assembly, all are free to speak and be heard.

Okay, I have set up the foundations of everything I meant to set up. I am now ready for criticisms and comments on the various things I just did. I welcome such criticism and in fact expect a fair amount. However, that being said, I'd like for my subjects to also try to see the positive nature of things they might not agree with.
