Petition Regarding Ynnraile

Lord Duke,

Ynnraile is culturally underdeveloped. This situation persists as it has no inhabitants and no Baron. I therefore request to be appointed Lord Protector of Ynnraile and develop its culture in the meantime until a Baron is found.

Not really. I would only really be responsible for cultural development and not political development. It would be the logical extension of my role as Great Rishi. I've developed culture in my Barony as well as in Goldshire, but I want to develop something for Ynnraile too.
