Decree # 21 - General Housekeeping1. Decree 15 is hereby repealed.2. The words "the Baron of Elwynn" in Decree #16 shall be replaced with the words "Ardashir Khan Osmani", so that the decree may be more friendly to Elwynn current.3. An additional level of nobility, that of "Equestrian", shall be added to Decree #18. Representing the Non-landed nobility, this rank is equal in rank to Chevalier, and is granted a voice on the Paladin Council. This is the ONLY rank that can be granted to a non-Goldshirithian.4. Draco the Tainted is hereby un-Banished from Goldshire proper, due to his service to Goldshire. Joe's other accounts remain banished for a period of three months (Until 15 June 2005, Macronational Standard Time).5. Decree #20 is hereby repealed.
