County Logo Thingy: Revisited

I liked the overall idea/design for the logo, so I only made some changes to make me happy when I look at it. No cute bears this time around!

Not the flag. Adorable polar bear cub (henceforth known as "pip") is the flag. This is the logo thing that was made previously...I just dressed it up.

EDIT: Council of Eliria - is that something I am permitted to participate in. And is there even anything TO participate in? lol

Ah, you mean the banner. Jolly good. Send them to Great Ari and he shall make it so, after the seventh day, when he's had his coffee. (Really? PIP? I'm halfway through writing a decree banning fuzzy things...)

RE: Council of Eliria. Yes, you can and are encouraged to participate in it, although it really only comes together when there is a crisis. You get one vote as Count, Barons get two. Essentially it plays the same role to Elwynn as the Landsraad does to Shireroth, i.e. it can legislate however it wants but the Duke has the ultimate Smackdown (i.e. veto) power. Feel free to propose something if you want to see something done for Elwynn. You do not need the Council's or my permission to do things within Cape Farewell.

Actually, I hadn't given that any thought. But Farewellian sounds good to me!

It always seems to be "Farvellian" in my head. Don't quite know why.
