Since Shirithians seem to LOVE changing names, etc. And since I can't really be arsed to try and track down name changes, I would like anyone who has had a hand in the development of Cape Farewell to PM me. I need to sit down, have some chats, and see what I can figure out. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to get to work soon on attempting to further develop the county, and need help sorting out what I should do. Many thanks.

I apologize for not replying to your PM, but yes, you should speak to Arviour/Ric/Rai. That county is his brain-child, and I know absolutely squat about it (which is embarrassing for a Duke to say, but there's so much damn culture in this place). And Rai is a friendly guy, he won't try and have you killed, like some people. Have you met Khan, by the way? You haven't? Good.
