MASS get's to be a Duchy! So should we! If my single solitary County isn't enough to be a Duchy, then let us make Dolor a duchy!

Actually, we (the Landsraad) didn't.

However, this recent wave of Duchies is all the more reason to get any sort of economic voting system in ...
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
