The newly elected Praetor has three nationalities, and is thugible. I'm certain that this can be corrected, but I don't believe he can act as Praetor until it is corrected.

Sorry, but better now than when he has done something and it has to be voided.

You can override it. As for whether that is a good idea, especially as it is a Landsraad law and refers to the Praetorship, and as such to the procedures of the Landsraad, which can become a tar baby for the Kaiser very quickly, well........

Peculiarly, I find that limiting the Prætor's citizenships beyond the citizen requirements is pointless...
