Your Majesty, Kaiser of All -- is it still your intention to hold an election? I realize that I may be a bit late, but... here goes.

To solve the present crisis, we keep Jonas windsor as Praetor or we do not. If he is praetor, then he has those prerogatives that he by tradition and law holds. And we ought to respect that. If the Landsraad doesn't like the way he does his job, it's the Landsraad's right to elect a new one. And a new one should be elected if the Landsraad is displeased with how the Praetor is performing.

If the Landsraad so holds that Jonas Windsor no longer is to remain praetor, I recommend and nominate Lord Nordland to be the next praetor. He has for several years led the Council of State in Stormark, a council that holds semi-legislative powers. As such he is accustomed to the ways of legislative process. He has also served Stormark as emperor, contributing to his knowledge of how to advise and be advised.
