Send a Diplomatic Mission to Molossia?

Reno. That's not to far away. Wouldn't it be fun to officially visit another micronation. Perhaps more serious then ours, but if they would grant it. I could make the trip this summer. Though if there was a few of us, that would be better.

Maybe present them with a gift.

Erik, that is the best idea you have had this while.

I know where to find President Baugh, and I think I can you his contact information if you want. I think he knows about Shireroth from that time we hosted those awful Olympics, though he might have forgotten about us since then.

Further, I will be in America starting in...maybe August. If you can wait until then, I might be able to come with you.

Sounds like a plan!

We'll have to see who the Kaiser is at the time to make up official document type stuff..

We should make passports... that would be cool.

Why IN GODSAKE am I not living in America?! :cry

You could appoint an Ambassador to travel with the party.

Besides, you get better chocolate, and the Euro is worth a lot!

I wonder if I could get Nick of Yardistan to come along.

Is there any others that could make it to Reno Nevada in mid/late august?

Scott, if you could get to San Jose I could drive us there. unless it's not to bad to fly to reno... but I wouldn't mind the drive myself... I have wander lust.

(I thought it was on the other side of Nevada)
Oh shit! I could get us there in 1 day. crash at a motel the night and come back the next day. Unless anything else kept us in reno. And we could make the visit the next day or the day we arrive, though it would be late in the day. Maybe making it a total 3 day trip. day 1 travel. day 2 visit and other touristy stuff and day 3 return.

There is a small chance I might be in Derry next fall. The only reason I bring it up was an idea I had:

This might sound a bit sappy, but what would the chance be that when any two micronationals meet, they exchange a bit of sand so that some time (through probability) someone will have traveled enough to have a bit of sand from each nation on Micras.

Dunno, just a thought.

Hey.. I actually kinda like that....

I'll take the "sand" from Nick's backyard since it's formally claimed by Yardistan.

fine, dirt then. The point is, the first person to collect all (ie most) earth samples has the seed of micras and should promptly plant something in it.

Somehow I think allowing you to leave would be inappropriate at this stage. *Said with an evil glint in the eyes*

I have it on good authority that Ardy sucks at swordplay, so let's do this.

Only if his sword doesn't go "Bang".

Is Bang an official form of BOO/\/\/\/\?

I reiterate that Foggy was allowed that victory to placate Steven. If the battle of "York" had been fought with the intention of winning it a minion would have been thrown onto Foggy's sword point to weigh it down whilst another ran him through with a bayonet. ;)

I'm a big fan of Molossia. It's how I found micronationalism.

I just like the idea of maybe getting some press.
