With respect to Shireroth in general, if you pass this act I will have to find some way to limit and ban any BGI sales (hey, releasing something isn't technically impossible!) to Shirerithian single-nation citizens for the indefinite future, for a variety of reasons, the most obvious being that I don't have and almost certainly never will have the 200 € processing fee.

If you want, I can amend the 200 € processing fee down to, say, 50 €.
