Whereas the County of Lunaris has always been the home of the Lunatics,

Whereas the County of Lunaris was renamed the County of Parvatvana,

Whereas the County of Ran was merged into the County of Parvatvana, and

Whereas we like history,

Therefore be it resolved, that the County of Parvatvana shall from this day forward be known as the County of Lunaris, and its northern part shall be separated and form the County of Ran.

Lord Kaiser, for the sake of history, I petition you to separate the southernmost angle of Lunaris and maintain that as Parvatvana. As Khorze, it lasted for around 6 months, much of which was spent being very active.

Is this representative of a general imperial policy that when citizens leave their counties will be reverted back to the way they were before and all work on them will be lost?

I would say that this is a specific imperial policy regarding this specific county. Lunaris has a very long history under that name, a history that wasn't exactly respected under the previous rule. Smotretka will stay Mejor, no posts will be deleted, so don't worry.
