THAT SECTION G OF THE LAWBOOK BE AMENDED TO READ


G: On the physical person

1. Judicial capacity

a. Every physical person enjoys judicial personality

b. Every physical person holds personality rights which are the right to life, integrity of person and the respect of zir name and privacy. These rights are in good faith; they may not be exercised with the intent to injure another or be used excessively to cause disruption.

2. Name

a. Every physical person has a name chosen by zir.

b. The name may only be changed upon application of the affected individual to the Imperial Judex or directly to the Kaiser. The Imperial Judex may only deny such application if the new name is of frivolous character, results in confusion with the name of a living denizen of Shireroth, or is for all purposes not suitable to be a name.

c. A person who uses the name of another is liable for any resulting damage or confusion.

3. Absence

a. A person who has been absent from Shireroth and the international community known as “micronations” for more than 90 days without advising a return may be declared disappeared by the Imperial Judex or the Kaiser.

b. A person declared disappeared may be declared dead by the Imperial Judex or the Kaiser in judgment upon 90 days, unless proof of death has come earlier.

4. Respect of privacy

a. Every physical person has the right to have zir privacy respected.

b. Privacy may only be invaded in accordance with law or with the affected person’s consent.

Good, god, no.

As this is in the lawbook, everything can at any time be vetoed by the Kaiser. So if the kaiser decides that this person does not have the right to life, then screw that person.

The only rights implied here are two common-sense ones in our community. We have no real authority to do soemthing with someone's life, nor to invade zir privacy. But for Shirerithian purposes, providing private information in say a court can only be doen through the affected individuals consent.
