New Representative to the Small Commonwealth

Erik has resigned as the representative to the Small Commonwealth, among other positions. We can probably handle his replacement by either Landsraad resolution or Kaiseral decree. Anyone interested in the position?

5.The Court shall consist of a panel of three jurists independent of the government of the participatory States, elected by the signatory nations of this treaty. The election shall be overseen by the Primate of the Commonwealth. The Jurists of the Commonwealth Court need not be national representatives.

As evidenced by the phrase "need not" and no further clarification on the matter, I would interpret this to say that it is okay for jurists to also be national representatives.

I must decline the nomination as well, but thank Malliki for recognizing me. My priorities reside elsewhere for the time being, and I'm trying to keep my responsibilities at a minimum for the time being.

However, I would support Shyraith's nomination tenfold.

I'm one of three candidates? Neat. Though I suppose it would be worth pointing out that I'm pretty much one of the most conservative people around when it comes to SC development and federalism, so if that's the kind of policy people want, they might want to vote for the other guys...
